Imagine you are GM, and a player asks you to teach him his/her class missing skills, do you teach it? or do you ask her/him to make a ticket?
Depends, if i'am working/busy, i'd ask him nicely to make ticket and wait his turn.(his not the only one who wants his/her ticket to be done).if i'm not busy i'd .summon <player name> and teach his/her missing spellwith the flowing command ".learn <spellID>"
What is the most important in GM duty?
First, to be chill understanding, loveful, helpful.Take care of hacker's/Abuser's etc. most important thing is, to make community happy/enjoyable.

If a player says " I already put points in mortal strike, but i cant learn" , how do you verify if he actually telling the truth?
First of, i'd inspect him, check his Arm's tree if he really spec'd in Mortal stirke, i'd reset his Talent point's and ask him to re-spec again. If it still didn't work, i'd .unlearn 12294 and learn him rank one with this command .learn 12294 that would be all.
